mod (by Master_Shifu, not featured on Nexus, probably due to legal considerations), I did find an archive that claims to be this mod. In my quest for cool looking weapons and models I came across this video:
Sawyer's rebalance mod and a bunch of visual enhancements for flavor. I finally bought the Ultimate Edition of FNV, so a new playthrough is in order.
